The Forever Home: Room to Grow, Space to Stay
INTRO
Some homes are designed for where you are today. Others are designed for where life may take you tomorrow.
A forever home should be able to adapt as your family grows and your lifestyle evolves, while continuing to feel just as functional and comfortable years down the track. That’s why we’ve created The Forever Home collection, a range of thoughtfully designed homes that offer flexibility, space and longevity.
Featuring the Maddington, Hamersley and Scarborough, this collection has been designed for families looking to build a home they’ll love for years to come.
INTRODUCING 'THE FOREVER HOME' COLLECTION
The Maddington
The Maddington combines contemporary design with everyday practicality, creating a home that adapts effortlessly to changing family needs.
With generous living zones and a range of structural options, this design allows you to shape your home around the way you live now while providing flexibility for the future. It’s a floorplan designed to evolve alongside your family, making it an ideal forever home.
The Hamersley
Spacious, versatile and family-focused, the Hamersley delivers generous living across two levels.
The ground floor creates a welcoming hub for everyday life, while upstairs offers space to retreat and unwind. Optional upgrades to the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Home Theatre areas allow you to personalise the home to suit your family’s needs both now and into the future.
The Scarborough
The Scarborough is designed around the way modern families live.
Open-plan living spaces encourage connection, while separate zones offer privacy and flexibility when needed. With options including alfresco, family and lounge upgrades, the Scarborough provides a practical foundation that can adapt as your lifestyle changes over time.
