The Fresh Start: Stay Put. Start Fresh.
INTRODUCING 'THE FRESH START' COLLECTION
Sometimes a fresh start begins with a new perspective. Sometimes, it begins with a new home.
Whether you’re rebuilding on the block you already love, creating more space for your family, or simply ready for a home that better reflects the way you live today, Somerset’s Fresh Start collection has been designed to help you move forward with confidence.
Unlike our lifestyle-specific collections, the Fresh Start collection includes our complete range of home designs, giving you the flexibility to find a home that suits your unique needs, block and vision. From the number of bedrooms you need, to the way natural light flows through the home, to open-plan living or more defined spaces, the choice is yours.
At Somerset, we believe building a new home shouldn’t feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve carefully curated a collection of designs that already work, allowing you to focus on choosing the home that’s right for you, rather than starting from scratch. It’s a simpler, more structured way to achieve a high-quality result without the complexity often associated with building.
For many families, a fresh start means staying in the location they’ve grown to love while enjoying all the benefits of modern home design. A knockdown rebuild allows you to remain connected to your community, schools, family and lifestyle, while creating a home that’s designed for the way you live now and into the future.
Whether you’re looking for more space, better functionality, improved energy efficiency or a fresh take on modern living, Somerset’s range of home designs offers a solution tailored to your next chapter. Our homes are designed to deliver comfort, confidence and clarity from the very beginning.
